Private Club Sessions

   Our Private Club Sessions are designed for club teams to reach peak performance by training as a team in the gym.  Sessions are crafted with precision and care to enhance physical attributes such as:

-Strength

-Speed

-Agility

-Explosiveness

-Mobility

 

 As well as to foster psychological attributes:

​

-Team Chemistry

-Confidence

-Resilience

 

Big targets for us are proprioception and athletic movement patterns which create a familiarity for athletes as those skills transfer into their sport.

​

     Schedule 60–90 minute sessions with your club team 1-2 times per week where your athletes will come to MBPI and be led through a private session by Matt Bruninghaus and Coach Whyte.
